01 · Reconciliation method
GMV and order revenue are order-side metrics. Settlement statements are settlement-side records and can include only eligible orders, fees, shipping, refunds, reserves or later adjustments. Reconcile the same IDs and time basis before comparing totals.
The auditor separates platform or commission fees, transaction fees, shipping deductions, affiliate deductions, refund adjustments, reserves and other adjustments. Market-specific fee rules are never reused across another market.

GMV and settlement do not use the same scope. Settlement may deduct fees and shipping, include refund or adjustment entries, and may be recorded on a different date.
Delivery starts the settlement clock, but the applicable market period, open after-sales cases, negative balance, reserve rules, account checks and bank processing can still delay payout.
