What the estimate includes
Use the result as a transparent order-level cost model. It shows the calculation boundary instead of pretending to be an invoice.
Multi-unit pricing
Virtual bundles and multiple items from one seller use the 1, 2, 3 or 4+ per-unit band. A physical bundle is treated as one warehouse unit.
Free shipping choice
FBT is no-threshold free shipping by default. For an opted-out order under $30, the buyer charge is $5.99 and an eligible regular order receives $0.75 per unit reimbursement.
The rate card includes fees through 150 lb and a 150+ formula, but TikTok's eligibility note says actual weight must not exceed 150 lb and no side may exceed 108 inches. Review flagged results in Seller Center.

US FBT shipping questions

How is FBT chargeable weight calculated?
When actual weight is at most 2 lb and volume is at most 332 cubic inches, FBT uses actual weight. Otherwise it uses the larger of actual weight and length × width × height ÷ 166.
Does FBT include free shipping by default?
The July 13, 2026 US FBT rate card says no-threshold free shipping is the default. Opted-out orders under $30 show $5.99 buyer-paid shipping and may receive $0.75 per eligible unit reimbursement.
Are creator samples eligible for reimbursement?
No. Creator sample and replacement orders are excluded from the $0.75 reimbursement. They still use standard per-unit FBT fulfillment fees.
Does this calculate Seller Shipping rates?
No universal rate is invented. Enter your actual label or 3PL cost because Seller Shipping rates vary by carrier, destination and service.
Are returns included?
Returns are modeled as your return rate multiplied by your entered cost per return. TikTok's June 1, 2026 return card is itemized by service and disposition, so the calculator does not fabricate one fixed return fee.
