Can I repost a video I downloaded here?
Only if it is your own post, or the creator has given you permission. A download is a copy, not a licence. Where permission has been given, credit the creator visibly — most platforms demote or remove reuploads that do not.
What exactly is the “no watermark” file?
It is the source rendition TikTok stores before the sharing overlay is composited on top. Nothing is repainted or blurred, so quality matches the original upload.
My copied link has a lot of extra characters. Is that a problem?
No. A real Copy link usually carries a tail such as ?_t=…&_r=1, or is_from_webapp and web_id from the web player, and mobile shares sometimes prepend caption text. Paste all of it — the page keeps only the address and drops the rest, including any device id, before looking anything up.
Can I download my own private videos?
No. This page never signs in, so it only sees what a logged-out visitor sees. For your private posts use Profile → Settings → Download your data inside TikTok.
