Creator outreach questions
What is a qualified outreach?
A relevant creator invitation actually sent with a suitable product and offer.
What is a productive creator?
A creator with at least one attributed order in the planning period.
Should I use shop GMV or creator GMV?
Use only the GMV expected from creators.
What if I do not know the rates?
Use a labelled assumption, then replace it with 30–90 day data.
How do I calculate the rates?
Posting = posted ÷ accepted; success = ordering ÷ qualified outreach.
What is the difference between a sample, reply, post and order?
Only an attributed order creates creator GMV in this plan.
How should I use this estimate?
Use the result to plan workload and spot capacity gaps, then compare it with actual creator performance each month.
Should GMV Max-amplified sales be included?
Only when the report attributes them to creators under the same rule.

How many creators do you need to contact for your GMV target?
Turn your creator sales target into a practical monthly and weekly outreach plan for Malaysia.
Tell us about your shop
Use the same monthly period for every rate. If a number is unknown, use a clearly labelled working assumption and replace it when you have better data.
Monthly creator-attributed GMV target
Average GMV from one productive creator
After accepting a collaboration, how many out of 100 creators post?
After a qualified outreach, how many out of 100 creators eventually generate an order?
How many qualified creators can your team contact per month?
Planning buffer
Enter the GMV expected from creator content and affiliate sales. Example: $50,000. Find it in your creator or affiliate sales report, and keep total shop GMV in its own report.
Average the GMV from creators who generated at least one order in the last 30–90 days. Example: $500. Replace the example with your own recent performance.
Count creators who publish after accepting your sample or collaboration. Example: 30 means 30 out of 100. Compare accepted collaborations with posted content.
Count creators who eventually generate an order, divided by qualified outreaches. Example: 10 means 10 out of 100. Use the same period and creator pool.
Count relevant, personalized invitations your team can complete. Keep uncontacted names in a separate list. Leave this blank if the number is still unclear.
The default 10% leaves room for normal changes in replies and creator quality. Review the buffer against actual results each month.

What to improve next
Your first constraint is outreach volume. Add qualified contacts or reduce manual work before expecting more productive creators.
Your current volume can work if more qualified contacts become ordering creators. Improve creator fit, offer clarity and follow-up quality.
Your current volume can work if each productive creator generates more GMV. Focus on stronger briefs, hero products and repeatable content angles.
At your current capacity, the success rate would need to reach
of every 100 qualified outreaches.
At your current conversion rate, each productive creator would need to average
in creator-attributed GMV.
You are short by about
qualified outreaches per week.

Creator outreach questions
Definitions and practical ways to find each number in your shop reports.
What counts as a qualified outreach?
A qualified outreach is a relevant creator contact your team actually sent, with a product and offer that fit the creator. Do not count a bulk list or an unrelated account.
What is a productive creator?
A productive creator generated at least one attributed order in the period you are planning for. A reply, accepted sample or posted video is not the same as an order.
Should I enter total shop GMV or creator GMV?
Enter only the GMV you expect creators to influence. Keep paid, search, LIVE and other channels out of this target so the outreach plan matches the creator channel.
What if I do not know the posting or success rate?
Use a temporary assumption and label it in your planning notes. Better still, export the last 30–90 days of accepted collaborations, posted content and creator-attributed orders, then replace the assumption.
How do I calculate the rates from 30–90 days of data?
Posting rate = creators who posted ÷ creators who accepted. Successful creator rate = creators with an attributed order ÷ qualified outreaches. Keep the creator cohort and time window consistent.
What is the difference between a sample, reply, post and order?
A sample is sent; a reply is a response; a post is published content; an order is attributed GMV. This calculator needs the last two rates to connect outreach to sales.
How should I use this estimate?
Use the result to size the workload and spot capacity gaps. Review it against actual creator performance each month as response, content, stock, price and attribution change.
Should GMV Max-amplified creator sales be included?
Include GMV Max-amplified sales only when your reporting clearly attributes them to the creator channel and your target uses the same attribution rule. Otherwise keep them separate and label the uncertainty.

Check the inputs: amounts must be above 0, rates must be between 1 and 100, and the successful-creator rate cannot exceed the posting rate.
Your current capacity covers the plan. Keep outreach quality and review the actual posting and order rates each month.
